Central location and helpful staff, perfect for city trip
Stayed for a few nights and couldn't have been happier with the location. Right in the heart of the town, close to all the shops and restaurants and public transportation. The staff was friendly and happy to provide us with maps and recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and hot showers. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, and that made our stay all the more enjoyable.
The outdated decor, which could use a bit of modernization. Our room had a nice street view, but the soundproofing wasn't great, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at Hotel Santa Barbara for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in the heart of the town on a pedestrian-only shopping street. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations for local food options. We were lucky enough to be there during a Roman Festival, which added to the excitement of our stay. The bathrooms in the hotel were newly renovated and clean, although the shower was a bit small for us tall Australians. we loved our stay and the vibrant atmosphere of the town.
